Personally I want to skip all skilling grinds as much as possible (dont care for xp, just want to do endgame pvm with fun relics) but can't decide between production prodigy and trickster. PP significantly speeding up crafting smithing and herblore is nice, but Trickster boosts thieving agility and hunter. Arguably the latter helps boost up the worst skills in that list, but the former boosts up it's skills much more than trickster boosts it's skills. And when you do a lot of endgame pvm and have stacks of supplies, it's very painful trying to use them all without PP. It's difficult to pick. I think I'll go PP because the +12 boost super speeds up early game progression, while still providing good late game advantages. But I really don't want to grind out thieving hunter or agility for points.
Pyramid Plunder (if you are going desert for ToA) provides really strong xp/hr. Will be over 1m xp/hr when you get more relics unlocked, and I find it a little more enjoyable than Ardy knights. Also Ardy knights means you are picking Kandarin
Some notes for early trickster benefits. 1. Isle of souls chest for a diamond (needed to buy d long and DDs). Also free mith tools from this chest 2. Ham items are noted and getting 15-38 at hams gives you about 4k go selling to gen store. You also get steel tools, logs, guams, and buttons for early levels. 3. Guards are 180k gp/hr at lvl 40 4. Puro puro is a good place to get an earth tali for varrock dairy.

Originally I was going to go for PP as it was the closest to SP from the original Trailblazer and I hate the fact I chose Endless Harvest. But, I've rethought this. While it may be annoying with log burning, I now think Trickster is the way to go this League for a few reasons: - Banker's Note will simulate Endless Harvest. It's more than likely going to be a high tier relic for sure, but I think Banker's Note just has more utility, especially when looking at bossing and raids, making Endless Harvest a pointless choice in the long run. -PP has it's uses, but thinking of my play style, I prefer AFK playing when skilling (I work from home). So, I could choose PP which turns afk bank standing skills into more active skills, or, I can choose Trickster which turns a few annoying active skills into afk skills, especially considering you can no longer fail them. Also, a lot of the late game advantages from PP can be simulated to a lesser extent with Banker's Note, making PP a less powerful choice imo, at least for my style of gameplay. -Trickster's Hunter bonuses are the most broken part, especially when trying to get early game upgrades in Puro Puro. Imagine the amount of high level imps you'll be able to snag quickly for extra bones, Glory amulets and other cool items right from the get go. I'm probably going to end up kicking myself for going against my instinct later like I did last time, but I'm set on Trickster now :')
Production prodigy/bankers note is strong because it lets you get so much more done than without PP. With PP, you could literally get like 4m xp/hr in crafting/herb/etc while fully efficiently training agility or questing. If you don't have pp, you maybe get like 250k xp/hr and you have to click so much more often. You're also forgetting that many actions are hard to complete in the 'afk' time you have between obstacles. it's a complete pain to try to plan every click on 'can I cut a gem in time.' I don't know what you think most leagues players are, but no one I know wants to constantly be fletching/alching/etc while doing something chill. PP makes it so you can process all of the materials in your bank in like an hour of mixed skilling instead of needing 8hrs of mixed skilling. Its completely irrelevant if 'its both 0 time waste' when PP lets you cut down massively how much sweaty multiskilling you have to do and gives you so much more opportunity to play the game afk without feeling like you could be doing more.
Pickpocketing vyres for blood shards is an especially important perk for trickster in Morytania. There's already a crazy amount of competition over vyrewatch on NORMAL worlds, I don't even want to imagine what it's gonna be like on leagues worlds.
I had a blast vibing with the EH boys at the WC guild and Barb fishing last time, Trickster is tempting for pickpocket memes but gotta be another EH from me

Your point is right that fishing and woodcutting max out and mining is blah but woodcutting and fish with EH go on to work towards 25-50m fletching/cooking afk. Yes it doesnt directly use the relic, but because of the relic you have these afk grinds that other 2 relics do not give access too!

I’m stuck between pp and trickster. Pp is probably ultimately more useful for me since the regions I’m choosing won’t be very dependent on thieving, hunter or agility. But I also hate thieving and agility and being able to remove the irritation of doing those skills gives me life.
Just my opinion but trickster really feels like a trap. Hunter on fossil island is a couple days to 99, Thieving in desert is the same. If you’re unlocking kandarin you’re set for Agility in a few days.
One of the things this explanation is missing is that it's very much meant for the guys that want a dragon trophy or aiming for the highscores. For those that are here to have fun, missing ticks is not something they are concerned about.

Banker's note absolutely amplifies production prodigy. I'm so happy I didn't fall for the Trickster, I'm guessing their team did a test run and at first you get jealous because Tricksters are in a new area while you're getting your 2nd relic. But around the time you get your 1st combat relic, PP is starting to look like a compounding interest line. Because the part that takes the longest for tasks is the gathering. You basically cut like 1/4 of all the task's time in 1/2 with this Relic. It's the best, then I still haven't gotten Equilibrium, I'm guessing it's going to be making the other skills like Fming, Agility, and thieving very fast in the late game. So the Devs called it Trickster, because it's a Noob Pitfall, and I know so many people that took it. But Hey, this is a game and it's literally for fun. So I'd say just the Dopamine overload with Trickster might of been worth it, especially if you stream or play directly with others.
Tier list for regions best for specific relics? Like you mentioned if you are going to do ton of monkey bars, then trickster's agility xp will be useless

When gold is basically useless otherwise, and you get heaps of gold through endgame pvm. Fire sale is a meme. Like think about it, what does an ironman actually use gold for if not buying from shops? It mostly goes into runes (which are 90% off if you use the relic for it) and then ..? Construction I guess? You get heaps of gold from slayer and endgame bosses, you don't need a relic to generate more.
I remember you n the last trailblazer using infernal tools and endless harvest worked on all fish. I got the 25m cook exp at karambwans probably would be the same here too. Not just swordfish and sharks
Trickster honestly looks the best. The gathering skills are super fast already. I constantly fail pickpockets in the main game. So for me its looking good
IMO the choice between these 3 is just about time and where you want to save it. Endless Harvest saves time banking, but then you have to slowly use all those materials. Trickster is broken for thieving for blood shards/gold, but everything else is meh Production Prodigy saves time from its boost right off the rip, and saves you time with other things you'll have to do the entire league anyway (pots, food, ammo, jewelry, etc) PP wins, especially if taking the bank note relic
I'm going trickster because I don't want to spam-click and fail thieving. That and swinging my net only once per imp is just nice to have. Also, I like my bank-standing sessions too much to give them up.
In your followup video to your regions tier list you said you would maybe make a couple different lists depending on playstyle (casual/max points/afk/fun things to do etc). Is this still a thing that you will upload in the coming days or has that been scrapped? Personally I think the agility xp from trickster is kinda overrated, you wont need agility for run restoration so you would only really do it for league points and diaries. The tasks last time were pretty much all tied to lap count so you will have to do that anyway so I feel like the xp while being free will barely end up mattering. In general I think I would rather have Production Prodigy as someone who wont be able to afk all the time and wants to make the most of my playtime. (plus the boost seems super nice as well, needing to commit less to grinding levels leaving more time for other stuff)

still remembering how i did PP on my main and wanted ot go extreem pvm route with everything super high apm......... turns out im terrible at most mechanical osrs pvm cause never learned it and i have terrible hands and got super RSI LMFAO so yeaaa it was fun, and PP is WILD for peopel that WONT max but stil lwant ot boost up skills and make supply planning for lots of pvm grinds extreemly extreemly fast~ buuuuuuuuuut yeah if its this kind of tier 1 competition here in leagues 5 which personally it should be its an amazing formula, THEN IM SUPER GONNA HAVE FUN PLANNNIG FOR MY MAX GRIND~ and mannnnnnnnnnn trickster type effects for just theiving and hunter alone would be awsome yet alone free agility
With pp you can process thousands of items per minute. I afked 10 hours a day last time at work and it took me 3 min to process anything i gathered when i got home and went straight to bossing. It didnt even have the skilling prodigy and it was broken last league.
I’m not sure if everyone will be able to use the Isle of Souls chest. Some other chests in the game get opened by 1 person and then no one can open it until it closes again. This would mean only 1 person can loot it at a time and it seems like everyone with Trickster is going to rush that location.
Definitely needed to bring up the fact that taking Endless Harvest is the easiest way to get essence for runecrafting. If you're not planning on taking Desert or Banker's Note then you're gonna have a bad time training RC without Endless Harvest.
The problem with Trickster is in my mind it ONLY boosts Thieving and Hunter. There are going to be so many lap tasks for anyone going mage that the boots do nothing, and firemaking is irrelevant. If you go Zeah, PP is also better for Todt.
My thinking is with the boots, even if you overlap with the laps/ boots you still want to hit those XP milestones. Also the whole no fail thing is being overlooked imo.

What I've ALWAYS said is that Endless Harvest is a lie - Production Prodigy is the REAL AFK relic. You can AFK wc/fish/mine as much as you NORMALLY do when you're not paying attention - then, when you're ready to pay attention, PP allows you to instantly (ish) process everything that you gained during that AFK stage, and then MOVE ON to what you REALLY want to do now you're paying attention - slayer, bossing, etc.
You say you shouldn't take endless harvest with bankers note, but having huge amounts of food to unnote at bosses is going to be so nice..... Will save me 10s of hours doing painfull fishing
i have a question if this is your like biggest growth time for your channel why have you missed this opportunity to capitalize on this league with videos, im guessing you are just busy or this is not a high priority.

Obligatory Kandarin is bad comment (unless you're going mage, and even then don't take it first). 7% str bonus is not worth choosing a region for. Terrible early upgrades, terrible tasks, and terrible training methods.
While I love your leagues vids, I think you should hold off making strategy videos like this until we have more info. It effectively wastes your time as your video becomes instantly outdated as soon as we have new relic info, like with today's reveal.

You can indefinetly afk train mining with endless harvest (although the exp rates will be very low) on the essence mine.

I think it also depends alot on what build you're going, I went the Ranging route and chose Harvest, Having it has been a blessing

If you have Asg and Mory. You can get 2.4m gp/hr at vyres
With trickster tele to house, light fires, LR back to bank, repeat
Another 25 min afk method for EH is pure essence, if you want to bank 50m runecrafting, this is probably the way to do it.

You get heaps of gold from slayer and endgame bosses, you don't need a relic to generate more.
I remember you n the last trailblazer using infernal tools and endless harvest worked on all fish. I got the 25m cook exp at karambwans probably would be the same here too. Not just swordfish and sharks

Trickster honestly looks the best. The gathering skills are super fast already. I constantly fail pickpockets in the main game. So for me its looking good
Production Prodigy for me with the Fire Sale relic.
Buy all the raw resources for free, convert them all at once for dank XP.
IMO the choice between these 3 is just about time and where you want to save it.
Endless Harvest saves time banking, but then you have to slowly use all those materials.
Trickster is broken for thieving for blood shards/gold, but everything else is meh
Production Prodigy saves time from its boost right off the rip, and saves you time with other things you'll have to do the entire league anyway (pots, food, ammo, jewelry, etc)
PP wins, especially if taking the bank note relic
I'm going trickster because I don't want to spam-click and fail thieving. That and swinging my net only once per imp is just nice to have.
Also, I like my bank-standing sessions too much to give them up.
I wish they brought back 200m tasks like in Twisted. I don't like PVM
In your followup video to your regions tier list you said you would maybe make a couple different lists depending on playstyle (casual/max points/afk/fun things to do etc). Is this still a thing that you will upload in the coming days or has that been scrapped?
Personally I think the agility xp from trickster is kinda overrated, you wont need agility for run restoration so you would only really do it for league points and diaries. The tasks last time were pretty much all tied to lap count so you will have to do that anyway so I feel like the xp while being free will barely end up mattering. In general I think I would rather have Production Prodigy as someone who wont be able to afk all the time and wants to make the most of my playtime. (plus the boost seems super nice as well, needing to commit less to grinding levels leaving more time for other stuff)

still remembering how i did PP on my main and wanted ot go extreem pvm route with everything super high apm......... turns out im terrible at most mechanical osrs pvm cause never learned it and i have terrible hands and got super RSI LMFAO so yeaaa it was fun, and PP is WILD for peopel that WONT max but stil lwant ot boost up skills and make supply planning for lots of pvm grinds extreemly extreemly fast~ buuuuuuuuuut yeah if its this kind of tier 1 competition here in leagues 5 which personally it should be its an amazing formula, THEN IM SUPER GONNA HAVE FUN PLANNNIG FOR MY MAX GRIND~ and mannnnnnnnnnn trickster type effects for just theiving and hunter alone would be awsome yet alone free agility
With pp you can process thousands of items per minute. I afked 10 hours a day last time at work and it took me 3 min to process anything i gathered when i got home and went straight to bossing. It didnt even have the skilling prodigy and it was broken last league.
I’m not sure if everyone will be able to use the Isle of Souls chest. Some other chests in the game get opened by 1 person and then no one can open it until it closes again. This would mean only 1 person can loot it at a time and it seems like everyone with Trickster is going to rush that location.
Definitely needed to bring up the fact that taking Endless Harvest is the easiest way to get essence for runecrafting. If you're not planning on taking Desert or Banker's Note then you're gonna have a bad time training RC without Endless Harvest.

If you take desert then zahur can make unfinished potions. And given the money relic or shopscape meta, the 200 gp per potion is meaningless

The no fail let’s you afk, because you can just pickpocket them without it in the main game at low chance.

The problem with Trickster is in my mind it ONLY boosts Thieving and Hunter. There are going to be so many lap tasks for anyone going mage that the boots do nothing, and firemaking is irrelevant. If you go Zeah, PP is also better for Todt.
My thinking is with the boots, even if you overlap with the laps/ boots you still want to hit those XP milestones. Also the whole no fail thing is being overlooked imo.

@@WeSkillNowThis was a super good breakdown. You covered all the questions I've been debating in my mind. I think I'm going PP. With the reveal that Last Recall will be full powered at 1.8k total, it basically kills EH. It may even kill Bankers Note long-term. So many decisions to make.

think the times exactly were shared in the leagues discord, at 5AM EST they will release all task info, (maybe relics too not sure). then at 7AM EST leagues worlds open up.

What I've ALWAYS said is that Endless Harvest is a lie - Production Prodigy is the REAL AFK relic.
You can AFK wc/fish/mine as much as you NORMALLY do when you're not paying attention - then, when you're ready to pay attention, PP allows you to instantly (ish) process everything that you gained during that AFK stage, and then MOVE ON to what you REALLY want to do now you're paying attention - slayer, bossing, etc.

PP > Trickster over time . Agility will max regardless and you have unlimited run energy inherently

Think Jagex already confirmed Last Recall isnt returning.
Not as a relic, but it was confirmed everyone will be able to get the crystal of memories (which is last recall). However we may need to upgrade it.

Obligatory Kandarin is bad comment (unless you're going mage, and even then don't take it first). 7% str bonus is not worth choosing a region for. Terrible early upgrades, terrible tasks, and terrible training methods.
While I love your leagues vids, I think you should hold off making strategy videos like this until we have more info. It effectively wastes your time as your video becomes instantly outdated as soon as we have new relic info, like with today's reveal.
