Coconut Butter Cookies (Eggless Recipe) 🥥 椰香酥饼 🥥

Lunar New Year 🧨🧨🧨 is just around the corner. I baked some butter cookies, featuring the wonderful aroma of coconut. The cookies are eggless, and therefore suitable for those who are allergic to egg.

Ingredients:
Butter 奶油 75g
Icing sugar 糖粉 40g
Coconut milk 椰奶 35g
Cake flour 低筋面粉 60g
Almond powder 杏仁粉 20g
Desiccated coconut 椰子粉 30g
Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 20 - 25 minutes, or adjust the timing depending on the size and shape of cookies.
低温150C 烘烤 20 - 25 分钟或至熟透上色即可, 请根据饼干大小与形状的不同调整烘烤时间.
