BEWARE! I purchased the M8 Emoto from Eahora and their customer service is terrible. They failed to include the title with the package, which is shown as the first item pulled out in all unboxing videos. Their responses come once a day, very early in the morning, likely due to the time difference with China. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting by the mailbox for the title so I can register at the DMV, as they won't accept email copies. To make matters worse, the handlebars still move even after I used a pipe for leverage to tighten them. Has anyone else had this problem? They are sending replacement bars and block, but it will take weeks, or even months, at this rate. I will never purchase from them again; the bike cost too much money to have such issues with a company based in China.

Damn, sorry for what happend to you!
As what I've said on and off screen, Chinese motos/autos are still have a long way to establish itself in the marketplace especially in the US.
Political leanings or not, I review their products as its own, not the geo-political aspects of it.
And also, this is tough for customers of smaller upstart companies like Eahora..there are too many variable that may affect your ownership experience.
So far, CSC (Zongshen) is one of the only few ones that stands in the test of time. Who knows about other brands like Benelli, SSR, & CFMoto.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and for watching this video, take care!
