- Hey Friends! Welcome back to NamiBODY!
We're working on our strength today!! 15 Min to hit all the muscle groups. We are going to really work on hitting the hamstrings and glutes, focus on your form and breathing throughout this full body strength workout.
I am using a set of 15lb weights but please feel free to use whatever weight you have available to you at home. This full body strength workout can also be done with a little bit of space at the gym!
we are going to do:
8 different exercises
45 sec on 15 sec rest
twice through
if you have more time available please feel free to add 1 or 2 more circuits to the end of this workout for a longer burn! Again, she is full body!
