The homes are very beautiful❤ I love that it’s a gated community area. Im definitely looking for a townhome for myself. I work very hard as a nurse and I’m looking to relocate to the southern states. Charlotte is definitely my first stop.
Looking for a home in Charlotte no more than 20-30 minutes from Uptown and/or the airport. 3-4 bed, 2-3 bath. Lots of natural light. 2 car garage. Modernized kitchen with island. Pantry. Laundry room, upstairs or just away from kitchen. Not crazy about layout in this house though.

It is nice but there is no living room space. I do not like the sink in the bathroom downstairs
