I'm in Texas so I think it might be different here but I got injured my lower back at work in 05 and continued to work for another month or so because I was being misdiagnosed but finally had to get surgery and the doctor released me at 80% but never explained what that meant and I wasn't completely pain free but I was probably at a 2 on the pain scale most days. Fast forward to 2020 and covid comes and the company closed in October of that year but my back was basically gone by then and so in 2021 I had to get 3 more surgeries on my back and had to learn to walk again. I can't work because I'm still in pain and I currently have no clue what to do and also is there a way I can get the workman comp info to send to my disability lawyer
