I've said it many times before but every visit with Oisin and the Timeless Watch Channel is always more than just a watch review, its more of a lifestyle channel coupled with horology, history and fine arts. Loved it as always

I dated an Italian girl, way back in the late nineties. We would always go to her parents on Christmas Eve and go to Midnight Mass, though I'm not religious. Anyway, when we got back to her house, we would end the night with Pandoro and a superb Cognac. Fantastic.
Ha ha...love the specificity in the reference to the old valve microphones. I agree. The warmth and overall sound of those mics is pure magic.

Perfect. Thanks for the lessons as always. As I'm 50% Italian, I make Pizzelles every Christmas with my double Iron. My mother always made them growing up and now I continue the tradition and many look forward to this treat. It is very time consuming but those I give them to truly appreciate the effort.
Fun fact, the Ferrari Brut is the champagne used on the F1 podium celebration. They have special editions that are the literal exact size on the podium. Great gift for the motorsport fans in your life.

I grabbed a 2017 Barolo for Christmas dinner and secured a Hungarian Tokaji as Vin Santo is impossible to get here for dessert. It went over wonderfully! Thanks for the suggestions!!
