Thanks Lucas! Lol Vancouver pretty much just falls apart at the first sign of a snowflake. It’s complete chaos every time and we learn nothing from the previous years… 😅😂 (But emergency vehicles in the snow are always extra fun to look at haha)

I know what you mean. I grew up on the family farm near Beulah, Manitoba, and I can not tell you how many times I felt like SCREAMING "Slow down!" every time we got snow here on the West Coast 😟

Many Canadian departments do use them. Vancouver doesn’t. It’s a matter of preference for each department, same as the States.
