Defense filed today claiming the jury was a 12-0 on Count 1 and 3, those were not hung. They say if she is retried on those counts double jeopardy would apply. Excellent work yet again! 👏 😊

I think they were getting hung up on #2 because they didn't realize that guilty for just a DUI was not on the table.
@@InfiniteBubble so much evidence that they were shown was not conclusive & pretty confusing. Especially the blood serum alcohol content or whatever that was.

15:50 the World card gave me Jen McCabe vibes. Not that she was trying to hook up with JO, more like she was being a snake in the grass trying to get in between JO & Karen to break them up.

In a spirit box session, John said he loves Karen, and got ambushed. “They got me. They sticked me”. You can hear the words clearly. John had a lot of female friends who didn’t like Karen because she didn’t like them, nor fit in their cult. He could have gone thru a confused period of not knowing who to trust.
Yes. John was definitely not expecting to be met by a drunken riled up group who never thought of him as a friend. The invite hadn’t come from a genuine place. Everything had nefarious undertones.

I do not believe that John loved Karen , at all . He used and gaslit her .
In Karen’s voice mails to John when she was looking for him, she called John a “pervert” so Karen knew he was investigating the cops who were involved in the Sandra case and she knows they were part of that circle some how?

I know he busted Colin & that pizza place might be a front in my opinion. In most cities or towns/counties there is a lot of organizing between drug runners & wealthy people, business persons, and law enforcement. If it's not happening now, it has happened or it will happen; thats just how I feel & based on what I've seen & experienced.

I agree with you that the physical attack on John was more likely to have been spontaneous than planned. John had to at least have a partner/colleague he shared info with, along with a file full of information. Heard from Sean McDonough that the Feds were involved way before Turtle Boy got involved. Let's just hope they are conducting an honest investigation. When all is said and done regarding these cases, I believe the shock and after shock is going to be Huge! Revelations!
@@merlynsghost5240well there was a parallel grand jury held about all of this. Not the grand jury about Karen, that was the first one.

It doesn't seem realistic that the Feds could be done with the investigations related to the Birchmore case or how OJO actually died and how they may be related. It all sounds quite complicated and intricate, needing much more time and intense searching for answers. Perhaps you can shed some light on that. 🤷

Is it possible John was investigating Sandra's case and maybe had material about the case in a place that Karen may have seen - thus the pervert claim. John would not have been able to tell Karen, and maybe the weight of this was very heavy on him?
I dont think that white naked lady is another woman I think it represents abused woman on a collective level, the trading of pornography etc.

Jackson/Yenetti are still Karen's lawyer. They needed a 3rd lawyer to motion the Judge to poll the jurors for acquittal of count 1 & 3. That's in preparation of Jackson/Yenetti & the Judge having to be witnesses & give testimonies re jury deliberations...so they need a separate lawyer.

It never said how much pot Colin was selling but he was. I don't know how true it is but I know I read a lot about it on different sites like back when the case was beginning
