I was fortunate enough to have attended quite a few Giants games when the Crunch Bunch were in their prime. Van Pelt was such an incredible player who for most of his career played on good defensive teams with lousy offensive teams. Great tribute video. Van Pelt was LT before LT....
Thank you for this. There is very little game tape of Brad Van Pelt on RUclips. It seemed fitting that he was replaced on the Giants by another great Michigan State athlete, Carl Banks. I was in the same college dorm as Carl and it's funny how poised and well-spoken he is, considering how very frightening he looked in the Case Hall cafeteria.
Brad Van PELT was a unreal multi sport man football basketball baseball high school college and the NFL a gifted outside linebacker ALL PRO many years and on a crazy note my cousin played baseball against him in high school and when Brad was pitching he threw so hard he said the baseball looked like BBs from a BB gun i loved Van Pelt

Brad Van Pelt, Brian Kelly, Harry Carson, Lawrence Taylor - greatest LB combination of all time.

Great football player.
He always reminded me of Ted Hendricks.
My favorite player in HS.
32 and 42 rebounds god dam 🤣🤣🤣
Great great player on very bad teams. He was the LT before LT!
Brad Van Pelt, what a white boy can do on some steroids.
This sucks
