Doing online learning would be very interesting. It will bring ophthalmology to a high level. If the best ophthalmologists teach the new generations of trainees and fellows, those will be more inventive and search for new technologies instead of being stuck on the past trying, without a lot of success, to apprehend some of the information the mentors already know.
