ruclips.net/video/yRfE4ckIn9o/видео.html&ab_channel=LyndaLaHue Right into his amp, Steckel is the real deal too. I am impressed with this young man as well
Michael 'Ironman' Burkes what a dude. I used to see him on the BBQ and Blues circuit, he was a real gentleman, an incredible performer and he loved BBQ. We lost him too soon. Big shout out to Christone carrying on his legacy by performing his hit song. Michael 'Ironman' Burkes RIP legend we miss you man!
By 2023 we've lost so many veteran blues guitarists. Then this new born child gathered all their soul and give us back all the blues in his voice and the crying guitar...😎
Improvising, in a way. He likely has a pretty good idea of how he’ll play the solos. Things happen though. Notes get added and taken away. Sounds different. You’re kinda just going with the flow. My experience, at least,
I just stumbled on this guy and he blew me away with his style of playing the guitar and his singing is great . I love This music and now I'm definitely a fan.
I love how King fish plays a couple bars and lets her rip straight out the gate. I love this dudes playing im not even a huge blues fan. He’s just the Man!!!
@benfranklin5335 i ended up watching his rig rundown. Same guy made him both guitars, and they use the same pickups. So its just stuff like scale length, pots, etc that are different- plus hes plugged into a brand F amp here- looks like one of the 4x10 blackface ones, pro reverb or deville is my guess. Something designed to stay clean at thunderous volumes, lol. Whatever... i love his tone on the cleaner parts, here! Honestly hard to decide which version i love more. You can almost feel this in your guts, and my pantlegs want to flap, lol. Kingfish is a bucket list item for sure!
His Gibson Les Paul sounds much more raw and has more depth to it than this Fender. Don't get me wrong the Strat , if played by a great guitarist, sounds fantastic as well but I must admit I like the Gibson. Christone without a doubt has seen and lived thru some serious Blue times in his life. His playing comes from deep inside his soul. I won't be surprised if in 50 years his name is mentioned along with BB King and SRV.
Great player but this isn’t the best performance of this song I’ve heard. Can’t hear the band, the bass line in this is awesome stuff! The guitar solo lines “peaked” about half way through and he had to wank his way through the rest. This dude knows how to build a solo and I bet he wasn’t happy with this one. It just happens sometimes, even when you’re this good.
I guess he doesn't care about his weight or dieing young. His doctors have to be telling him to lose the weight. Something is bothering him and he wants to die young! - Peter age 72
So when you are jealous of an incredible talent because in your 72 years you've acquired absolutely none, all you can do is throw insults about weight. Nice try Boomer. SMDH
Sometimes weight reduction is not all that simple despite one's best efforts. Who knows what he's tried and why it hasn't worked. As a follower of his music and a sincere wellwisher, I would want him to consult a bariatric physician/ surgeon.
He's the real deal...his voice, his playing...absolutely perfect...for me by far the best "new" blues slinger..👏👏👏
Yes, he's different. I like Marcus King as well but these are two different kinds of blues.
ruclips.net/video/yRfE4ckIn9o/видео.html&ab_channel=LyndaLaHue Right into his amp, Steckel is the real deal too. I am impressed with this young man as well
Is tab Benoit considered new ?? Cuz he’s a pretty badass bluesman outta the bayou and it’s sad I never hear anyone talk about him
👌👌🇬🇧🇬🇧👌👌 Superb 😁😁
BB King, Albert King, Freddie King... and now we have the Kingfish. The legacy flows on brilliantly. Thank you, Christone🙏🏾
Undoubtedly, he is one of the greatest from the present generation. His band is excellent too, the bass, in particular
And the drummer...he keeps it right in the pocket!
This man has to be in top 5 guitarist rt now. Holy smokes this solo is unreal
Every Solo he plays is insane, Love this dude !!!

Big shout out to Christone carrying on his legacy by performing his hit song. Michael 'Ironman' Burkes RIP legend we miss you man!
Christone does well with these but doesn't even come close to the original. Burks was a monster player with a voice as smooth ass tupelo honey.
By 2023 we've lost so many veteran blues guitarists. Then this new born child gathered all their soul and give us back all the blues in his voice and the crying guitar...😎
The iconic pitch and sound hits you right in the face. Might get a little misty in both eyes if you catch it right! DAMN!
Kingfish is the WOW in blues guitar player singers for this generation 2023!!!
Getting better every time I hear him
This dude is so good he can't get any better. He has mastered his craft and has played with the best including the late BB King.
Love seeing that Freddie King Confidence! Guy is a real deal bluesman. Love that 100% kingfish sound!
That dude is a beast! Hell of a musician.
To date this is my favorite rendition of Empty Promises.
Another King among the very best
No words. Kingfish and his band members, all are amazing.
Gee, I've just found this guy today. Where the hell have I been😮
Christone plays from his soul ! 👏
I had the privilege to see him play live at the Leadmill in October in Sheffield 😍
I love how he plays the song slightly different every time
Improvising, in a way. He likely has a pretty good idea of how he’ll play the solos. Things happen though. Notes get added and taken away. Sounds different. You’re kinda just going with the flow.
My experience, at least,
And I can't figure out which variation I love more because each one is absolutely amazing!!
That’s blues though
I am so in love with this man and his music.
So am I not afraid to admit it he's just amazing
Same
How can you not like this musician, he's got it dialed in.................
Buddy Guy was right. Kingfish is fantastic. Blues never dies with such talented new guys. Gives me the chills. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Absolutely love his voice and his guitar playing.
I saw him live at Briggs a few years back. Incredible talent.
I just stumbled on this guy and he blew me away with his style of playing the guitar and his singing is great . I love This music and now I'm definitely a fan.
Come back to Houston. And please bring your Uncle Mr. Gates.❤
Ghosts of Hendrix in that guitar playing....
I love how King fish plays a couple bars and lets her rip straight out the gate. I love this dudes playing im not even a huge blues fan. He’s just the Man!!!
Listening to this I am instantly transported to Frenchman street. Nostalgia 🎸🎼
Im used to hearing him play this on his lp. Loved the way it sounds wirh the tele! That punchy almost clean sound just cuts through like a knife!

Kingfish is a bucket list item for sure!
@@pyroman6000 thats actually his new fender signature, similar setup to his old custom tele but a fender scale length and new fender humbuckers.
His fingers are an extension of his creative soul, he's texting spirit messages, to a world In crisis,on the fret board of a blue's guitar
This Cat is Baaaaaaad!!!Love it man !!!
Oh wow. What a guitar player and singer! Plus the band, oh my. You are an awesome such a talented dud ❤

I know RIGHT! IT HIT ME!
He’s the man even when he is playing fast his notes are still full of soul. (Dude was born for this)
@@justinreaser8268 Hell yeah, he was! You can also hear it in his vocals! ✌🏾👍🏽🎸

Dude. Its a telecaster
He don't have to wait 50 more years. He's already there
He don't have to wait 50 more years. He's already there. Incredible!
I think he's there in the company of the greatest blues players. One shout for a great backing band as well, especially the bass.
Nice $$$ I was a friend of Eddie H.
I feel that fish
Yeaah mean bro...
Kiff...
Wow
Everybody knows that eric clapton is a god.. kingfish is siting next to him on his throne🤘
Was he playing a riff of the X-men animated series from the 90s or am I tripping?😊
This guy is a god
Hendrix vibes
Interesting, is that a tele body with a strat neck 🤔
Take THAT Jason Becker .........
Sorry it took me so long...
That’s fine, I didn’t wanna play the guitar anyway 🤷🏻♂️
Everything's firing on all cylinders except the cymbals, which is odd because otherwise the drummer is on beat.
Phil x is areal guitar player
😂

Thanks for your input Peter!

We all struggle with something. He's trying.

We are all here for his brilliant music. Your are here to judge his weight? Ok. I guess tge music doesn’t move you
