    First 2-2 tied finals series that went tied at halftime in Game 5. Of course I am not surprised. This was such a great series between 2 closely matched teams. Two great teams going at it. One of the best series of all time.

      Many wanted Heat-Suns in the Finals (or at least one of them at least), and many were very disappointed when they both lost to the Pistons-Spurs in the conference finals.
      Plus, not many were excited for a low-scoring Spurs-Pistons finals. I mean, in games 1 and games 7, neither team scored 90 points.
      And the first 4 games of these Finals were boring blow-outs.
      But games 5-6-7 of these Finals were intense.

  • @briandtnguyen
    @briandtnguyen Год назад +4

    Horry is one of the most clutch players in NBA history. Also, the NBA needs to start allowing players to play defense like this again. I don't blame today's players for the lack of D. I play the NBA and the refs. It's so much more fun to watch a guy score when you know he's scoring over physical rough defense in my opinion.

    This pistons have the worst luck I swear to god. They were a phantom call away from 3 peating from 88-90, maybe even a 4 peat if Isiah doesn’t throw the ball to Bird in 87 but I won’t even go there. Then Rasheed decides to not guard the guy called big shot bob for a back 2 back. It hurts so bad.

    This was the ultimate hardhat series for Duncan he saw them through but Det’s defense was not a favorable matchup for him. Against teams of that era like PHX or Dallas he made it look so easy but this was something all together different he had to be ok with being less efficient. Even against the Lakers which was the team I feared Duncan still got his and traded shots with Shaq, Diesel had the teams 00-02 but I knew Duncan was one of the Greatest ever 03 West Semis it gets underplayed but if you look at the 03 Spurs that team needed another year or two to become a Champion but LA had turmoil and Duncan acted unphased the whole series and was best player on the court as Magic Johnson said. The next two series in 03 the Spurs really didn’t play their best but Duncan landed the plane and that was the most special Championship to me because what came next was TP becoming an Killer and Manu of the 05 vintage who really was the best offensive player on SA vs Det but seeing Duncan operate in 03 was my favorite Basketball ever.
