There's a guy I met who saw em live and mentioned how these ladies deserved much more credit than what they did. He said that they were more than just " chicks with big hair". Couldn't agree more. It was a big deal to see an all woman hair band on MTV as a kid back in the late 80s.
📺 for sure here, I miss these days. watching mtv countdown and dial mtv plus Saturday night's mtv Headbangers ball. It was all fantastic back then and then sometime in the 1990s everything changed. MTV was no good to watch anymore
They were dubbed the Female Bon Jovi and even toured with them on the New Jersey Tour I believe. Such an era of rock music will never happen again but so much archive footage and recordings were captured for us to relive such epic moments.

Saw them live in Birmingham in the UK around '89/90 and they were jaw dropping-ly good.

The best female band ever. Good Lord that lead guitarist was gorgeous.
