  • Hello friends! Today I'm going to share with you how to make this light and yummy cheesecake! You will be surprise how tall it will expand even without any flour!
    ⚠️Every oven and it's temperature is different. Therefore baking time may vary depending on your oven.

    Ingredients: (6" Round Tin)
    ●227g Cream cheese
    ●45ml Heavy whipping cream
    ●4 Eggs
    ●35g Erythritol (or Sugar for non keto)
    ●1/4tsp Cream of Tartar/ Lemon juice/ vinegar (Optional)

    Inn Ping, this recipe is awesome. I made it and it came out perfect! It's so light and it is the perfect sweetness. I topped it with roasted blueberries but it wasn't necessary as the cake is great by itself. Thanks for sharing!

      Inn, is there another video which include mozzarella cheese? That is the original one that I used to prepare my ingredients. When I went to look at the saved video, there is no mention of it.

      I followed your recipe instruction but the result is not the same , my cake is thin and not the cake status , it’s empty in the middle , why is like that ?

    Hello請問可否用阿洛糖醇會否容易燒焦? 我家只有阿洛糖醇香羅漢果啡糖, 另外whipping cream 一定要用heavy whipping cream還是也可以用whipping cream 呢? 謝謝:)

    Wow your keto cheesecake just looks exactly like the original non-keto recipe. May i know when do you remove cake from the pan? And does it need to be refrigerated before eating? Thank you so much for sharing! This is a must try recipe 😋

      Thanks! Yes, even my kids love this keto version as much as the original ones! This is just as soft! I removed from the pan once the whole cake had cooled down. No, do not need to be refrigerated. 🥰😊

      Welcome to my channel! 🥰
      Yes, of course the tin size matters. This recipe is for a 6" Round Tin.
      Beating of the egg white is important. Make sure to whisk until stiff peaks. Ensure the bowl and whisk is free from oil. Egg yolk should not break in egg white too. Try not over-mix when mixing the egg yolk batter with egg white meringue or else the nice bubbles within the meringue will be gone and the cake will be flat. Another time to look out is baking temperature. However, all oven have diff temperature actually. Make sure temperature is not too high.
      Yes, you may use Monk fruit sweetener. 😊

      Normally, I will add the same amount as Erythritol. However, this is a not so sweet recipe. Therefore, u may put 50g of sugar if you like your cake to be sweeter. 😉

      How do you switch in between the 3 baking timings? Is there any pauses in between?
      E.g. Do you just switch from 120 degrees immediately without doing anything to the next baking temperature 150 degrees after the first 30mins?
      Just wondering as the oven might need some time to reach the 150 degree from 120 degree
