    Slight newbie here...what does the R then left arrow key signify? I tried it and it work exactly as you shared, but I'm curious what those two moves represent.

      I need to re-make this older video, but basically it's locking the rectangle to the red axis - ruclips.net/video/tHYXGt84yGo/видео.html

    Man, great video
    The only problem here is that the texture dont stay to it.
    On my simulation i got a projection of the flag fixed on the initial position with the texture, but the flag itself does not, it continues blank.
    Any clues on that?

      Dont need to answer, it was just click 'stop" to get the flag with texture. LOL

    Could you then use slicer to create a parametric piece of art?

    looks good, but how to use this in architect projects? in presentations?

      Well for anything where you need cloth I assume...

      You could for example try to use a looping gif in a powerpoint. It could give a basic isometric a lot of life if there were some cars driving by and maybe some flag is moving in the wind.

    How to export this 3D animated model ? For example animated flag for lumion.

    • @Thesketchupessentials
      @Thesketchupessentials  5 лет назад +1

      You can't - Lumion doesn't really support that kind of import/export

      @@Thesketchupessentials thank you for your answer sir, but this is upsetting news for me. Is that another way for some such simulated model export with animation embeded?

    • @Thesketchupessentials
      @Thesketchupessentials  5 лет назад +1

      Theoretically with something like Vray if you're trying to render the movement. I can't remember if Clothworks supports recording of movement, but you could also just use a screen capture software and record the movement directly out of SketchUp, though it wouldn't be rendered...
