Got that 70's beach vibe with a hint of modern day twang. The best song on the album, in my opinion. The perfect song/album to listen to while on a long drive.
No voodoo is good as well
Catalina is also a great track on this album.
What is 70s beach vibe? I think this is more 60s surf vibe ;)
Love the Allah-Las. Got them in a mix with Classic 60s garage bands like The Dominions, We The People and The Satelliters. Doesn't get much better than this driving up the West Coast of Vancouver Island!
Brian Cotton The Allah-Lahs came up when I was listening to surf, and they fit into my old school and contemporary surf playlists very well :)
I found out about this dude on accident when I was at my security job and I did a walk through in a Gap clothing store and they were playing raspberry jam and I got hooked right then and there cuz I love me sum surf rock
The Allah-Las came up in my feed after listening to The Buttertones
Tofino is the best. While driving along the Pacific Rim National Park we were listening to the Byrds (great west coast 60s rock).

Ah come on for real? I get where you're coming from and I'm not even the biggest fan of theirs, but to say they're a band that's not sincere? You can't compare them to some of those mainstream soulless, corporate artists who formulate their music the best way to pander and make money. They're not exactly making much money and I feel like they are absolutely into the 60s-ish music they're making and feel passionate about it . 🤙 It's a vibe and not what a lot of people are into making these days besides dads and grandpa's playing guitars in their basements
