I believe he does. The cast who can speak English are the main two Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, all 3 Yi City boys Li Bowen, Wang Haoxuan and Song Jiyang, Wang Zhouchen, He Ping and Yu Bin. There could be more but those are the only ones I know for sure can because they have spoken English in interviews
