Hey Aaron, how would you fish this way without live scope? I have side imaging, but no live scope. I’m thinking search and mark fish with side imaging and then fan cast those marks maybe? Any thoughts? Thank you!
You are exactly right. I used to fish this exact same way before i had livescope. The most important piece of technology is that side imaging. That is how you find all of the fish. After I find them with side imaging, the livescope just helps me be a bit more efficient with my casting. You can fish this same exact way without it, but you will need to make more casts to catch fish.
Great video…I always chuckle at the “no trolling allowed” comment. You’ve definitely got the bay dialed in, that’s for sure. Hoping you can answer a question…so if I understand this correctly you fish off the bow with a Garmin head unit and livescope transducer and Roger fishes off the starboard side with the console mounted Garmin head unit and a pole mounted livescope transducer. Are the two head units Networked together? If so, can you select which livescope transducer to use on either of the units? I’m thinking about adding a second livescope to my setup , which is a Garmin Ultra on the bow hooked to a Force TM which is also networked to my console Ultra hooked to a pole mounted livescope and transom sidescan transducers. I’m thinking of running a second pole mount livescope off the bow, and was wondering if I could read off either livescope transducer sine the head units are networked together. Thanks
My 12 inch unit on the bow is not in the network with the other 3 graphs. The 9 inch screen on the bow is connected to the 2 at the dash, so if I wanted to, I could watch Rogers livescope on that unit. What you are describing is correct. If you have them all connected, you can select which livescope transducer to view on whichever screen you want.
We had pretty stable weather for the last 2 weeks. Now it's about to get cold and windy for a while. Thinking it will slow things down a bit. But, rain usually drops the water temps a bit in the spring, so that's what slows down the bite I think.
The FG is the bomb. All leaders break at whatever knot you use. You need to cycle down on the steroids so those whip cracking hook sets aren’t so powerful!!!💪💪💪💪
12;52 For a while I didn't see Roger catch fish until he got that big fat heavy fish, so the color is gold?, good thing you gave Roger that Jig, his doing good now. What lake are you on? did you every try Shawano Lake?, Looks like you both had a fantastic day. Great video !, hope to see you at Easter.

One way train to pound town and Roger is the conductor
CHOO CHOO 🚂🚂🚂
do you have another knot you prefer for those micro guides? I kind of figured the FG would be the way to go?
Awesome fishing
Great video! Truly a pleasure to watch you two fishing together! I will be tie'n Rootbeer color jigs tomorrow...
ROOT BEER! 🍻🍻
Great video wish you would go more in depth about how you find and how you are working your baits awesome smack down
Another great video. Headed back downstairs to make more jugs.
That's what I like to hear!!

@@Aaron_mik_fishing Exactly what I needed to know. Thanks very much for the reply. Tight lines…
great vid, always look forward to seeing more from you both.
Thanks 👍.
Outstanding! Please show more of the electronics, thanks.
I'm trying to figure out a better way to get more footage. I'm working on it though, trust me.
Have you guys had a steady weather pattern up there lately? Seems like if you get rain it slows the bite for a few days.

I'm looking for a couple days to get out there but also saw the forecast. Guess I'll have to wait. Another great video.
Thanks! I'm bummed about the forecast as well.

Hahahahaha. You've got a good point. It's to much fun though.
How deep are you finding fish?
10-12 ft was good for us this week.
nice rig

We were out on Green Bay again. And yeah, Roger was having a rough day until he got one of my hair jigs.
You must have power pro on trying your cast it!!
Haha. I never use power pro. This was seaguar smackdown. I'm done with it now. Back to suffix 832 for all my rods.
Hey this is your step son, just wondering where the fish are biting been haven a rough time😶
Go south my son. Go south.
Root beer float sounds cooler
