The cygnet pod does lock properly without the chance of legs folding back on itself from a violent run….when you click them as far as they go push the legs inwards and they lock tight. This is important people should know this as it could swerve them off buying the cygnet pod. Just push in each leg individually and you will feel it going inward. Hope that helps.
I have the cygnet pod just the base as I normal just use buzz bars and sticks but if I arrive at a swim and cant use them I have the pod and is does a good job when I need it 👍
Jag does look good for short rods I may get one saying that if you get a vicious take and the legs fold a bit they should not be on sale really till they sort that fault.

Quicklock pod the legs push and in and lock on the hinge so don't fold at all if set up correctly 👍

Nash pod was 65 quid a couple of years ago they went right up in price.
Do either set of buzz bars have locking threads?
