    Cake ko cover kar saktai hain es cream.sai .aur filling mai bhi same use hoti hai ya different recipe hai uski?

      You can store it in freezer for upto a month in airtight container. In fridge upto one week.

      I used this exact batch of ganache to cover a 3 pounds cake of 7 inches. I had some leftover after covering the cake. So you can easily cover one 4 pounds cake or two cakes of two pounds each.

      Butter say stability aa jati hai thori, aur sticky nahin hoti us say. Warnah white chocolate ganache sticky ho jati hai.
      Ap chahain to skip kar lain butter.

      Jesay baqi frostings apply hoti hain usay bhi wesay hi apply kartay hain.

    What a lovely frosting you habe have taught... I am you new follower and habe learned a lot from you. I need to ask few questions, it is said that dont store your chocolate in fridge if you want to make ganache, how do you store your chocolates in summers. Secondly for how long it should be kept in fridge before whipping? And how to store the leftover frosting? And does it crusts when kept in fridge after applying on cake?

      Thank you for subscribing. ✨
      Never store your chocolate in fridge. I just store mine at room temperature. You can also store yours in air conditioned room. Just never store it in fridge, it absorbs moisture and will not melt nicely.
      Keep the ganache in fridge for at least an hour or until it sets completely.
      Store your leftover ganache in an airtight box in freezer. It will be good for a month.

      It will crust if you leave it uncovered. Keep it covered when not in use.

Also do let us know the how do you freeze cakes, how long they may take to come baxk to room temperature. And do you also freeze cakes if they are frosted with whipping cream?

      Nahin, garam hi add kiya. Butter taiz garam nahin karna. Bus itna keh melt ho jaye.

      Koi say bhi colors use kar lain. Normally jesay cream ya buttercream main use kartay hain. Liquid aur gel.

      Chocolate ko hamesha room temperature pay rakhain. Fridge ya freezer main rakhi hui chocolate main moisture aa jata hai, phir woh melt nahin hoti seize ho jati hai.
      Ganache bun jayegi, ap cream aur chocolate ikathi melt karain.

      Iski ratio bhi different hai us say.
      Beat karnay say yeh soft aur fluffy ho jati hai. Easily spread ho jati hai. Piping ki ja sakti hai is say.
      Pehlay wali recipe say sirf cake cover ho sakta hai ya dripping ho sakti hai.

      Pehlay wali recipe main cream bhi humne tetra pack use ki thi, olpers. Us main whipy whip use karain gay to woh sticky si ho jati hai.
