This was my first piobaireachd and I gotta say your playing was extremely precise and consistent. Every other video I've found of people playing this they fly through it and don't feel the music. Well done!
Thanks very much. I teach, and this was a demo. I always intended to replace it, as I didn't think it was all that good. Never had to play Struan in Competition. Anyway,, thanks.
Kenneth Robertson says," Thank you." A beautiful salute to my ancient family.
Thank you- this is very helpful

I understand, I'm hard on my playing too. But again, speaking as someone who also plays this, I thought it was quite good. Take care :)
Hi Neil,
I just found this. It sounds great.

Love this !
I see you prefer to play the Taorluath Singling up as opposed to down. Nice.
I'm far from qualified to judge piobaireachd, but this is beautiful. The errors you claim are hard to detect.
+Neil Horne Thanks very much
I may not explain "why"....but Pibroc'h are my prefered ones....even I will be BOLD...and I will try to play one from my SOUL
Virtuis Gloria Merces!
Bill, thanks. Have a look at the music while listening, it may begin to make sense after a while. This isnt the best recording, I was going to zap it!
