Creating A Routine That Changed My Life As A Busy Mum

Want to know how to start creating a routine to free up more time as a busy mum? Routine can sometimes be seen as restrictive, but honestly I find that as a Mum of 4 children with autism, who has also been diagnosed with ADHD herself recently, routine gives me freedom.
Our family routine is something that I have been tweaking and developing for years, but where should you start if you are currently feeling disorganised, like I used to, and want to make your routine work for you?
