COMPLETE GROCERY LIST
VEGGIES
zucchini

MEATS
1/4 lb ground beef and 1/4 lb italian sausage (can substitute with impossible meat or ground turkey)
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
chinese sausage (spam also works)
half dozen of eggs
CARBS
pasta of choice (i use lentil brown rice quinoa fusili)
rice of choice (i use cauliflower)
SEASONINGS:
onion powder
salt pepper of course
bay leaves
soy sauce
sesame oil
extra virgin olive oil
EXTRA:
burrata, basil,
ginger, tofu, chili oil

❤ Isa that's awesome! It's what I do too, but they're not actually prepared into seperate portions, just packaged into Tupperware and I take them out to heat. Beautiful meals you prep. Good job.
