    Simone...thank you for the great information and visuals...my question is...my teaching pro teaches to drop the inside foot a little when the ball is crosscourt from us, I noticed that you stay pretty square to the net when you are hitting cross court...what is the right way?

    • @SimoneJardimPickleball
      @SimoneJardimPickleball  4 года назад

      Michael McDonnell whatever works best for you. I try to stay squared to the court in case the ball comes towards the middle.

    Simone love your video's, do you have any by chance on serving the Pickleball (Fast/Slow) slice, etc. and should you always return it to the player you are serving too? Thanks

    • @SimoneJardimPickleball
      @SimoneJardimPickleball  4 года назад

      Vito Berlingeri we haven’t done any on different serves, but that’s a great idea. As far as returning, there is many factors that should determine where to return. For instance, do you need more time to get in, then you should go cross court. If the person who is serving is a better player and has great 3rds maybe you should try their partner. Those are some examples.

    Good day, I have a question about creating an event on my tournament in Branson, MO for skinny singles, what format do you suggest?

    • @SimoneJardimPickleball
      @SimoneJardimPickleball  4 года назад

      Positive Alessandra I like skinny when you play all angles of the court. It’s hard to explain through message, but it’s the last thing I do on this video.

    • @positivealessandra9686
      @positivealessandra9686 4 года назад +1

      @@SimoneJardimPickleball I am understanding that the best format would be: when serving across, play across and when serving straight up play straight up. Yes? good for practice and tournament play as well?

    Simone. Just a little constructive criticism here. I'm saying this out of love. Can you film with you facing us instead of away from us? We don't want to see your backside, no offence. I'm looking for more purposeful tips. Can you do a video on what you are trying to accomplish in dinking? I know the purpose is to place the ball so they can't attack. However, are you looking for opportunities to push your opponent back, so they pop it up? Do you accomplish that with more speed? Does the ball have to land in the kitchen or is it okay to hit it a little deeper to push them back or get them off balance. I hope this is helpful for you and doesn't come off as attacking you. blessings. For the love of pickleball, Mike
