Decided to give the pro riders a go, the Ducati feels really good in the game. Difficulty is set to 80% hard, all other setting are standard to my last gameplay. Don't mind my use of replay lol, I was really trying to get use to my lines on faster bikes. Skip to 2:56 after I get comfortable with my lines and do not use replay.
