I have that same wax bowl in my booth and I cannot GIVE it away! I’ve had it on WN, and when I say for cheap I mean cheap I think it’s in my booth right now for $5 bucks and no one will buy it! I love it! What the heck?!?!

Trying to sell on mercari is difficult but buying is even worse! These fees are ridiculous!! Not ok
I accept lower offers there to offset it for my buyers
@@TheNurseFlipper I do as well. I wish more people would take the initiative to send offers on my items. I'm at an all time low point to send out the offers to potential buyers. That's a part of #mercari that I wish they would change. I have too many items that would have to be relisted and Mercari doesn't add the pictures with a relist ...

Are you checking sell thru rate of your items to know if the demand is there? We are now up 7% over last month so it has picked up for us

@@TheNurseFlipper I am not always on point with the sell through rate. But I try to stay away from items that have hundreds listed unless they're consistently selling. I also look for a rate of at least 30%>>> But again, sometimes I am just trying to unload stuff. I also have over 350 items in a few different categories.
@MomD-CookiesCollectibles so with 30% your average time to sell is going to be close to a year. I try to do 50%+ which equates to about 6 month average. With that low amount of listings for consistent sales i would say you need to be closer to 60 to 70% sell through for regular sales
I kind of live at Goodwill’s in different thrift stores but I’ve never seen a sterling silver bracelets for five dollars yet very lucky can I ask where you found it?
Most of my jewlery is from online estate auction lots not thrift stores and goodwill is one i rarely go to
Was it express lister that does the automatic tape measure on items too, or is that a different program/plug-in that does that?
Smart sizer for iPhone does that but express lister will measure a lot of things as well
I JUST saw one of those wax bowls over the weekend and passed it up. Might have to go back to see if its still there. With things like the lace, do you unroll it all to check length? I have some fabric trim I got that I've been putting off listing because I don't want to unroll it all, LOL.

To store their designer items mostly and they've damaged their box or lost it. Also people buy gifts and want the box to match
