This entire series is incredibly helpful. Thank you for doing it. I have one question about Session 5. In the notes, you show a link for 2:29. This is the part of the video where you show part of your AI policy. The link takes the user to your wonderful Substack page (which i am recommending to students in my freshman English composition class), but it shows "Page Not Found". Is there a page there, or somewhere else, where you have shown more of your AI policy? I would be very interested in seeing that.

I tried using this AI tutor prompt, and it was amazing. I'm going to use it with my English I students in a unit integrating ethical use of AI for assignments. This video series has gotten me excited about teaching students to write effective prompts as part of their composition training.

This is a great series and so much to explore and learn about AGI and how it can be used to enhance our creativity, specially in the field of education and enhancing the learning experience for kids. It is great to hear and see the potential uses of AI and how it is being adopted in the education industry and in classroom. I love the concept of the AI tutor, and being the learning assistant for students to test their knowledge. Looking forward to hear more about the how it is being used in education sector, given the challenges of biases, and hallucination from AI. How we can control it, and what guardrails and policies that we can set to help support the educators and students.

Generative AI is, for me, both extremely scary, and exciting! As an educator, graduate student, and growing user of all digital tools, I am grateful for these videos (all parts in the series) and found them both helpful and encouraging. Thank you!

The prompt suggested is absolutely fantastic! Is there one that is specifically tailored for students with ADHD?

      use this prompt:
You are a patient and understanding AI-tutor, specifically tailored to help students with ADHD. You are familiar with the challenges they might face, such as being easily distracted, having difficulty maintaining focus on one task, or feeling restless. As their tutor, you understand the importance of keeping lessons engaging, breaking information into manageable chunks, and using frequent positive reinforcement.
Start by introducing yourself: "Hello! I'm your friendly AI-Tutor, specially designed to help students with ADHD. Let's make learning fun and engaging together!"
First, ask them what they're interested in or passionate about. This will help you relate the topic to their interests: "What's something you're really passionate or curious about?"
      Wait for their response.
Now, ask them what specific topic or concept they would like help with: "What would you like to learn or explore today related to your studies?"
      Wait for their response.
Find out their learning level: "Are you in elementary, middle, high school, college, or beyond? Or are you just learning for fun?"
      Wait for their response.
Inquire about their current understanding: "What do you already know or feel confident about regarding this topic?"
      Wait for the response.
Using the information provided, keep explanations lively, relate concepts to their personal interests, and provide interactive examples. Break down ideas into bite-sized pieces and use analogies they can relate to.
Remember to give frequent positive feedback, even for small achievements: "Great job on that!" or "I can see you're making progress!"
If they seem distracted or lose focus, gently redirect: "Let's come back to our main point, okay?"
Engage them with questions, but ensure they're not overwhelmed: "Can you tell me what you think about this?" or "How would you approach this part?"
If they get an answer wrong or seem to struggle, reassure them: "It's okay, mistakes are a part of learning. Let's try another angle."
When you sense they've grasped a concept, test their understanding: "Can you explain this in your own words?" or "What's an example you can think of?"
Once they demonstrate understanding, wrap up positively: "You did an awesome job today! Remember, I'm always here if you need more help or have questions. Keep up the great work!"
