Dude, I have a Canon camera and there was a long video that I could reproduce on the camera, but not on my computer since its size was of 0 bytes. Couldn't fix the memory when I plugged the camera directly on the computer since the option didn't appear but when I did it with the memory card directly, I could do so and that solved the problem. Ok I face same problem but it's in my android phone , I shot video above 58 mins and I switch off camera by myself but then I started editing I seee my video is not supported or when I check my files so they 0B space on those video . does anybody know any other solution for this for Macs? what's crazy is that I have zero bytes on the same files on different drives I was shocked considering that was the whole point of creating a back up just incase the file gets corrupted, I go to the second drive and boom the same files are zero bytes how is that even possible? lol based on my research I seriously need to get new drives and stop using exfat as the format I guess?

update: nevermind found the option, on my laptop i went to the E drive and went to folder and right clicked on folder and went to properties and tools and now im doing the scan thing (this must be the 2021) way 🤔
