the phantom has a stator or coil problem. or very often it happens that phantoms without batteries do not work. so if you haven't put it, also because the electrical system breaks without it. then on the phantom I recommend malossi yellow contrast spring, malossi blue clutch pegs kit 299605 and infi and 4.4 gram rollers. trust that it flies.
Hey good. Malaguti almost certainly requires gearbox adjustment, the same as gp1, which lacks 2000 rpm to run on the right system. Continue with the same pattern you will learn one day

You got some awesome builds and I used to ride an elite with a 72malossi bore. But I have a question for you. I currently have a 87 Honda helix 250. I have air fuel and spark, while riding the other night it bogged and then just shut off at full throttle. It cranks but will not turn over. I can feel compression from the cylinder but not sure if enough? Any ideas as to what it might be? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!thanks and keep posting great videos!

that 94cc doesnt perform like a 94cc should, myb it is because gp1 is very heavy but i think it as to do better, my gilera runner with a ported mk2 raacing performed about the same
Had the same stuttering with my moped, no weight on it and it rips but why you try to ride it, it's just bad. Remove the muffle and look if there is some kind of restriction, I had one in my yasuni c16
@@MOPBOYZ Scooter swapshop should had installed the racing ignition with lights at least with that one you could run the ignition to the battery for charging and just rewire you head light and tail to the battery. Yes it would rob you of a little power but at least you won't have to worry about battery going dead.

this thing is far away from having full power. here in germany we have professionals they pull out more than 30hp out of that that ... nearly unrideable.. but im impressed that there are scooter lovers also in US :D ... here in germany the scene is dying because of government and corona... :(

I'm halfway thru video but my 110 2t does the same one of the crank seals was blow. Waiting on the part. Lyk when they get here if it fixes

Do a engine pressure test, my Dio was doing the same thing once and I found the intake wasn't sealed.

Mine did that too it was too rich so i lower the main jet and then worked perfectly.
Its the variator tuning and tspring or too rich on the f12
coil is breaking down or valves on intake side do a leak down test
Try chamging the oil seals on the f12, maybe trans is overheating also

On my dad's phantom it was the ignition coil that was broken
the Malaguti has too large jet, down maybe 5 jets, a 2 stroke starts and run best cold with a higher jet, but doesn't run good when its warm.

Buy a piaggio zip and put a piaggio skr 125 engine with a 172 cc cilinder on
on the f12 u need to put 17.5carb with normal airbox they dont like powerfilters

Test with 5/ 10 pts less on the main jet
Wire the water pump to the ignition so even with a dead battery it will still work
with the swap of the rc one and the race ignition it’s gets rid of a charging system
