Of all the crap they patched in this game, the ki damage that scampuss do is crazy and I’m surprised that wasn’t one.

Always sort your gear and weapons by level…if you don’t have a main weapon you should try to figure out what it will be for late game and focus on leveling above anything else, the higher your stats the more damage your weapon does
