The batter looked really good and I like the tip on keeping it in place. These would go wonderful with tea. You made it look easy and they look so good. Raymond got the edge cut pieces lol. Those raisin squares look great and left me hungry like Ramon and I wished to be there to taste one in person even though I am not a fan of raisins. I have to try making some squares using dates instead and see how they turn out.

It's even better than as good as it gets. Also a great starting point for substituting perhaps apricots or peaches or such. You always make these recipes so very welcoming and easy to do. Thanks and have a great day. I can see topping this one with a big dollop of whipped cream.
