My obgyn was also a certified midwife and a mother.. she was so wonderful and understanding and always explained everything in easy terms for me and soothed me when I was panicked. I found out later that I was about ten minutes away from and emergency c section but she was so calm and reassuring through the whole thing I didn't even realize until she told me later... she delivered both my babies and she's our gp now too.. love her!

She is a temporary tenant in an Air BnB, so basically she is temporarily renting the house. And like any other rental agreement, the landlord lady (who is not currently residing in the house because she is renting it out) should not have gone into the house without the tenant's permission (at least in California they can't and this show is set in LA).

She couldn't have driven herself home after her water broke, or call an ambulance because she was scared of the hospital, all she could do was call her midwife.
