Uncle Cartess, you a Beast with this relocating service..you be in ALL the nook n crannies...only person I know that can pull that needle out the hay stack! ❤❤😅
Hey Cartess, you say that landlords will wait until they get your deposit before they start cleaning things up, painting, making repairs, etc. Have you ever seen a situation where the tenant showed up to move in and these promised things had not been done? If so, what recourse does the tenant have? It seems like you are taking a big leap of faith by putting down a deposit and getting the landlord's word that stuff will be fixed and cleaned up. I know that's the way things are done down there and it's something that would take some time for me to get used to, lol.
They can be purchased for about $250-$300 new and installed for about $50-$75 USD. When you move, you can take it with you, or sell it. If everything is right about a property and it has everything you want, and the location is right, it may make sense to spend the money to add these conveniences, versus getting. another place that might not be perfect, or one that may cost you $100/mo more ($1,200 extra over a year) ... Do the math and the purchase was the cheaper/better option. Something to think about.
Seeing burglar bars just screams previous victim of home burglary. In addition why would a tenant want to spend their money on a.c., landscaping, and interior improvements that only benefits the landlord. Stop promoting property based on its affordable price. Start showing properties that demonstrate pride in ownership.
It sure looks like Prison to me, but for a 2br within 5 minutes of Centro, Meridia, for only $MX8,000.00?! What all is included in the $MX8,000.00 monthly rental payment? How do I contact you?

Nice find. That can be decorated so cute and put some grass and plants down will change the entire look. Great location. That won’t last long.
Wow great find 2b 2.5 baths! Can't beat that with a stick Cartess.
You have such great finds. I can't wait to work with you solo once the family and I get settled in.
Nice house for a great price.
Not bad for a beginner
Nice for the money. They sometimes have plenty of bathrooms.

Nice, but didn't see air conditioner in the living room. I did see them in the bedrooms, however.
