Maybe the big difference in the style of the players & the games. I guess even as great as Shearer , Rooney may have struggled in certain ways if they have played outside England. Nah they just don’t like to play abroad. The level in Abroad isn’t better than in England as in la liga the only teams are top 3 contenders meaning if you join the top 3 and win it’s not as much big deal. In England pretty much every team has a chance to win. Maybe 16/20 this season are contenders to win the epl. In Spain it’s 2/3 out of the (?). If you leave the premier league to another country you’re retiring or just going to a league destined to win which isn’t fun to see.

Plus Europe is much harder than other countries and England wasnt put into certain tournaments like the confederation cups. England has won regionals cups but we don’t consider them major ones even tho they’re better than and harder than Middle Eastern tournaments
Lineker me parece un gran delantero inglés, es completo, no tanto como Keegan, pero tiene bastante velocidad y no se como hacía que metía los tiros más difíciles. No era un referente, pero tenía una gran capacidad para golpear el balón muy bien.
