A White Russian is 1 part vodka, 1 part coffee liqueur and a little creamer to taste. You should stir the vodka and liqueur together in a small glass filled with ice. Then, add the creamer. Don't stir the creamer in. This gives it a nice texture. If creamer seems too sweet, you can use milk instead. If you don't like the idea of milk or creamer, you can leave it out. Without creamer or milk, the drink is called a Black Russian.
Interestingly enough, Moss and the German is based around a real case that happened at the same time where it was found a German man named Armin Meiwes actually did kill and eat someone with their consent after they answered an advertisement that was pretty up front about it. Interesting case, but not a fun read. It’s pretty messed up.
Quite a few years ago a friend from Finland told me he knew some people in finland with the last name Kopteri or Koppteri or something like that. And they named their daughter Helena, which in short form in Finnish is Heli. It is easy to see where that is going...
The German is based on a true story around that time. In Germany, a man agreed to be eaten by another. The victim also ate a "certain part" of his own body before being killed. The cannibal got 8 years only. "To the family next door, Armin Meiwes seemed the perfect neighbour. He mowed their lawn, repaired their car and even invited them round for dinner. Other residents in the small German town of Rotenburg also believed there was nothing odd about the 42-year-old computer expert, whose light burned late into the night inside his creaking mansion. Yesterday, however, Meiwes appeared in court charged with killing - and then frying and eating - another man. In one of the most extraordinary trials in German criminal history, the self-confessed cannibal admitted that he had met a 43-year-old Berlin engineer, Bernd Brandes, after advertising on the internet, and had chopped him up and eaten him. It was, he said, something he had wanted to do for a long time. "I always had the fantasy and in the end I fulfilled it," Meiwes told the court on the first day of his trial for murder in the nearby city of Kassel. Yesterday German prosecutors described how Meiwes had fantasised about killing and devouring someone, inc..." --The Guardian

I stayed with a friend in their shared house for about a week while they were at university and the entire house did the “there’s somebody at the door” thing every single time the door went
To find people watching pirated DVDs they look out for people discussing it either about themselves or someone else, eg on a RUclips video, and use that to raid the appropriate property.
If they know of someone who is producing knockoff DVD's and selling them to a large customer base, all the police needed to do was find the guy supplying other people and they probably have a customer list that the Police could make enquiries about. They could have used the list, found him, followed him to the Germans house and then waited for the go ahead to raid the house with a warrant. Your imagination is somewhat... limited.
The outtakes of Moss saying “you’re my wife Roy!” are hysterical..he kept laughing..I use so many of their lines in daily life..
Jen's got some great moments in season 2, the whole smoking arc absolutely killed me
You should see Richard Ayoade (Moss) in British game shows when you get the chance, he's so naturally funny and great at improv.
"Look normal" is one of the best visual gag ever!
Second only to Nick Frost coughing up yellow paint in Spaced imo

What I could find on the case is, that he got a life sentence.

It was a thing on a kid's show in the 80s or early 90s. So, maybe all the housemates were fans of that show?
Love me some IT Crowd ❤
There is 5th season, but it's just a single double-length episode. Depending on where you watch it, you may have to look for a special instead. :)
Peter File is a good friend of Hugh Jazz.
It's too bad they had a falling out with Barry McCockiner
That was after he changed his name...he was Isaac Hunt at the time.
Two GREAT episodes!
Fun show reaction👍
not worth it!? but you got to hear the 'there's somebody at the door' song!

There are 3 seasons plus a special hour long 5th season special.
I went to school with someone called Will Power
That is an extremely awesome name.
Would be even funnier if he had an addictive personality
I love the awkward bit when he asks if she knows three guys. Classic British cringe. 😄
