Mamizou would just get Kokoro out of the way of the others… as best she can. She’s more of an aunt if anything. Also Okina “Hehe I am anywhere” and Byakuren “Nuke you without using a Nuke” will make her attempts… lacklustre at best, disastrous at worst.
I don't know what to say other than that hsi was EPIIIIIIIIC, you completely surpassed my expectations, like i'm a big Byakuren fanboy so seeing her being protrayed as this unstoppable (and kind of psychotic) badass is always great on my book, especiallly if Miko is the one recieving it hehehe. another thing i liked was seeing the taoists being heavily armed since it is usually Myouren temple the one that is portrayed as the one with heavy artillery so this feels really original. once again GREAT ANIMATION an instant favorite

Byakuren is normally a kind and loving person who wants peace between humans and yokai, and loves everyone around her. This all, however, goes flying out the window when Miko or anyone affiliated with her shows up.
I really feel bad for Miko in cases like this... but actually Byakuren is being very merciful toward Miko to just hurt her with conventional physical stuffs like a Thompson Submachine Gun caliber .45 from 1921 with vertical foregrip and 100 round Type "C" [!?] . . . . . . . . . . little curiosity and explanation (not about the weapon lol): Byakuren as buddhist do actually know where and what is Miko's meditative repose in order to "neutralize" her for real, that's because Buddhist practitioner do have the ability to disrupt the cycle of rebirth of a Shikaisen and cause them to lose their immortality, since they have the ability to use their understanding of this principle of the cycle of life and death to disrupt a Shikaisen's immortality (understanding the principle of rebirth is a fundamental part in buddhism), they can find their object, their location, and throughout their own methods, they can disrupt their immortality through buddhist methods (meditation, physical methods, etc)... in other words, Byakuren knows how to actually destroy Miko for real, but for obvious reasons, she definitely decides to not do it (even more, she wanna team up with Miko when she can, like when it happened in AoCF)
I like how clean your drawing and coloring style looks. And the animations is so smooth; the scene timing, so well done. Definitely a worth-watching Touhou channel.

Though it would be funny if Myouren spontaneously materialized in front of Byakuren and broke her tommy gun to scold and/or mopped the floor with her up in response to her unbuddhist ways.
First, it was Junko with Reisen, now Miko with Hata no Kokoro... Except that it went full on South by Northeast. well, even more so since The Myouren Temple and the Taoists get along as well as cats and dogs.
I mean, Kokoro is just enjoying her time and even visited when her father got hurt badly by own responsibility. So I'd say she is the character to stick to here.
