I think this bike is an awesome bike. I’ve got a lot of bikes don’t get me wrong but this thing it drives out nice. I also have a lot of people telling me that they have installed my fix on the Step-Thru and it works awesome. Lectric can’t admit they have a problem. I think it would make them liable. If something happened. Somebody could drive out in front of a car and say hey, it was because of the wobble and they could get sued for it. In my opinion if you guys fix the the bike with my fix and submitted Lectric bill I think they would pay for it. They are aware I can tell you that.

I'm not sure if I'm going to add a third battery yet to my AI pass, but I plan to run a wire up the tube from the final output for the battery, before the controller, and run it up to the neck. From there, I will have a USB buck converter, so I can keep my phone and other accessories batteries topped off.

Lectric doesn’t give you any credit! I wouldn’t buy from them if they gave me one now. Appreciate you and the Knuckleheads Companies need to wake up or one of them need to grab you up and get you to help them make an affordable, yet one that meets each persons needs and price it accordingly without having to go back and add different sprockets, lights, shocks, brakes, batteries, etc. Most people like me, 70 yr old woman, that does love those add ons, but can’t do it. Pay $2,000 for the bike the bike that’s supposed to be good to go, then get it home and need to change all these items to make it more efficient, when it would have been just as easy for them to do it right to begin with. Great Gary! I already added a second battery on the Step XPeak. I had a spare battery from my previous Edition and the connection is plug and play. So your balancer fitted into the same area as your controller? Did you put the handle-bars, if so what kind?
Yes, I did put a different set of bars on. I wanted to get them up and back. I also put a riser on it much more comfortable. I will grab both off Amazon for you and get back to you. If I don’t get back yell at me. I got a lot going on this morning.
i have an adjustable neck that brings the bars up and angled and a longer mtb bar... do you feel though that you are really creating a lot of air drag while riding? i see the xpeak motor using like 800-1000 watts to maintain 20 mph but my wife's deer mini (smaller 20" tires) does 20mph using like 300 watts. and my cobra pro (mid drive) is not much higher at like 400-500 watts. i know it's hard to tell with the stock display on the xpeak. but are you guys seeing similar power usage? like well under 20 miles riding at 20mph. i feel like I'm pushing thru a wall of air riding so upright but the handle bar is so close to the seat, that it's not comfortable leaning forward in an attempt to 'tuck' it's a weird form factor for a bike. it's length is seemingly made for short people, but it's a 26" wheel bike that can't be ridden by people that short.
@@cellsafemodeit is a 26 inch bike for people like me. Since I got my step thru, I replaced the tires because I will never go riding off rode like that. Once I removed the tires I seen how flimsy the side walls are. I converted my bike to a street bike. I like the design and wanted a 26 inch bike which I cam customize to make my own once I purchased it. I even replace the crank. I mounted two batteries for longer rides. I will never get a flat with triple protection.
I did it myself I have 5 lectric’s so I have 4 batteries so I just need the mount for it and the parts in the video but you can use a battery off Amazon it would be cheaper and a better battery if you get better cells look for Samsung or LG cells Lectric’s batteries are not great anyway
Most won’t even know about your solution or the wobble issue until it’s too late. Gary, you are promoting a bike that is inherently unsafe and is going to hurt people badly. You should rethink your support of this bike.

why could get a kd718 display programmed for the xpeak. in addition to being a better display, it comes with a usb charge port.

Yeah, but the price of the bike went up $100 and they took out a lot of the accessories it’s been going on for over a week now
how you get second battery? i checked lectric website see on accessories nothing list add battery there.
