Especially if you want to have a meaningful life outside of the workplace. I'm very happy to hear you exploring what's in your heart. I wish the best to you. It’s challenging to succeed with but I believe it can be sustainable - provided that you are aware of how your body works and have strategies how to get rest both during and in between these periods. And a lot of people unfortunately lack this consiousness. That’s partly why I’ve started this channel too, to spread awareness about it and provide different tools I’ve picked up throughout the years. But I’d say it’s 90 % just listening to when your body tries to communicate with you. It knows what it needs. 🌱 Thanks a lot for your kind words and for sharing your thoughts, it made my day!
