I have children and animals when I lost my last dog the grief was overwhelming and totally floored me so don’t apologise for empty nest syndrome , two or four legged family is family xxxx
Another tip for loo when your out and about - churches always have clean toilets at the entrances.

You would be lucky to find a church open near me let alone have a loo!!
'new' churches may have toilets by the entrance (when they're open of course) but you've got to remember that most churches in the UK are very old, sometimes centuries old, and the toilet will have been installed in a place which is sensitive to the esthetics of the building, quite often squirreled away in the vestry.

I went 9 months without a dog after my little poodle-bichon passed. I then fostered (and then adopted) a little 4 pound Yorkie. And wow - life is SO much better!
This is SO beautiful. If we foster or adopt we make a sad, scared dog's dreams come true, AND bring joy into our own lives, so it's win win and more ethical and responsible than buying from a breeder (cos there are already more dogs in the world than there are loving homes).
Really enjoy your random talk and walk and absolutely love just seeing you chat about anything 💕
We lost our 2 GSP within 8 months. We were, and still cry almost every day, completely blindsided with grief. Huge sigh. Sending love.

Hi Susie love the dress and your hair is lovely longer makes you look so much younger don’t cut it off you can always tie it up and clip it up I think the dark through the bottom will look great. I loved both outfits! I'm a huge fan of your usual style, the combo of vintage and whatever takes your fancy. I love the way you combine colours and patterns! I get so many ideas from you when you follow your own muse. Top shoe tip :0) To hasten the softening of leather shoes, wipe a little hand cream inside the shoe on the leather. (Learned this tip in India or Pakistan, can't remember which.).
So happy we don't have to do without you for the summer. It's absolutely enough just to take a walk with you and have a chat. And if you need a little break, so be it. Take good care of yourself!

The blue rinse doesn't do anything for you (sorry) - let your own natural beauty shine through. Next time you're in NARS, get a blusher called Taj Mahal: I've been wearing it for about 10 years and the colour would look sensational on you. It's magic in a compact.

Your opening outfit is stunning! 🌻 I do think that shorts are TOTALLY your thing, and sunshine yellow your colour.
I love my shorts but they have to be a bit longer than yours 'cos of my appalling cellulite which I totally hate the sight of 😔 I buy my shorts out of Tesco who do some lovely ones, for very reasonable prices.
Skin brushing for cellulite? Do it every day, natural bristles, if you're not already. x

As far as the eyesight topic… Recently my left eye has gone blurry, and I checked with both optometrist and retinal doc to see if the small cataract is the issue . In the meantime I did research on improving macular degeneration, and learned that eating 28 g of Goji berries five times a week for 90 days will improve eye health! Therefore I have ordered a bag of dried, organic Goji berries… Will keep you posted. Since I am new to your vlog I don't know your eye issue, and I am glad there is a dialogue here about this topic. Since I eat organically and carefully, I would prefer prefer good foods instead of supplements… And in this case, study showed that Goji berries were more effective than any supplements!

Honestly Suzi, with your beautiful hair, complexion and smile, you're anything but invisible. Loving the new lipstick. My Mum's hair was very much like yours and it just got better as she got older. When she died at 94, it was thick and glorious so your hair may not thin at all.

Yes I love you walking along and wittering. Very sensible to take a break whilst you focus on your eye and moving. I completely agree with what your cousin said about having an empty nest. Having raised 2 children I know how you feel,the sudden void is awful. It’s no less of a shock because it’s a furry companion.You’ve got more joy in your voice this week and are looking to the future which is very positive. When I need the loo while out, I always go to M & S or one of the larger department stores. They always have great facilities and gives me a chance to do a little browsing.

Hi Suzi please don't get your hair cut short it looks lovely as it is. I also think short hair in us older ladies can often look too manly and hard. Your longer hair really makes you look youthful and gorgeous don't go short.

Your hair after the salon was great, no fringe, swept up or to the side off the forehead makes your face look far younger. Show the forehead more, it is a true winner. Look after yourself, loosing a dog is horrific. I had a 13 year old Akita which I sadly lost, I lasted 3 weeks and bought a Pomeranian. Nothing like having a dog especially if you’re on your own. Take care - love your vlogs, follow both you and Jo xx

AG1 stuff sounds amazing. I'm on an economy drive at the moment as have just retired and need to be confident I can live within my means. But I'd definitely look into this once I feel more financially stable. I eat loads of veggies and fruit already but it never does any harm to make double sure and I probably don't have enough variety. Checked if their stuff is vegan and it is! (So much is these days - it's a beautiful development, for the animals AND the planet AND human health 🙏🌱💚)
