I had initially found the scans of the Pixie Mag mostly on VKontakte on the page of Dark Deimos (@darkdeimos). Their profile is hidden, but the issues can be accessed through a master-list created by Winx Club Magazine| Журналы Винкс Клуб (@magazine_winx), which is linked on their profile (Список журналов - topic-27390620_31293261). They also have collected the Winx comics on their profile, also on that master-list.
