High tea, low tea, what's the tea. Same tea . whatever rock your boat. The ultimate goal is to find a way to get together with your girls.
High tea is for the staff after they have served the royals. Afternoon tea is for the royals between lunch and dinner. High tea is usually very casual and afternoon tea is very formal or dress-up like cocktail.
Amazing!!
Great interview.
Im excited about a business conference with tea party theme but no idea what to wear
How did it go?
We never do any of these things in England
High tea is a working persons meal. Afternoon tea is a different traditional.
The phrase "t" or "what's the tea?" means "truth" and is gay and African American in origin.
High tea is for the wait staff, not royals. It began in the 19th century in England. Gay meant happy, not "queer" in that century.
@Pat Fondren we are in the 21st century
Beautiful ladies
I believe this is an American interpretation of a tea party. Has nothing to do with the British Afternoon Tea. Also a cupcake is a no, no!
Southern American tea culture allows for more leeway.
I just watched videos that featured British women. EVERYTHING they said was different from this video. I was invited to a high tea (which the British say is not a thing) by my granddaughter hosted by her school. I'm going because she asked but I have absolutely no desire to do something so pretentious and uncomfortable in an attempt to imitate others. When I get together with my sisters we dress in a way that represents us well (as we would anyway) eat what we like and are respectful (as we do anyway). To each their own though.
It doesn’t have to be pretentious, it can just be something different to do with the girls and a cute party/gathering theme. You can still do & talk about the same bald headed hoe shit while sipping tea (I’d add alcohol personally) and munching on tiny sandwiches. Lol Fuck all the etiquette nonsense🙄🙄, we’re just trying to create memories with our loved ones. 😊😊💕
😍
The sentiment is lovely, but this is is all wrong. From the wardrobe instructions to the components of a high tea. Bless them.
