Although she's been belting out songs for 25 years now, for the past 5 years, she's been criticized for not comparing to her vocal abilities she had in her younger years, and honestly I think people love giving Mariah heat for her slip ups because for the first 15 years of her career she was literally perfect. Beauty, money, kindness, sexiness and beyond anything else, talent. We can't expect her to be perfect anymore. When we do, we get disappointed with what she has to offer and what she has to offer is still the best music you could hear, it's just not the same voice as 20 years ago. Her voice is still there, but it is a very precious limited instrument and she has to take extreme precautions to preserve it and sometimes that involves lip-syncing. Why is that so bad, it's still her voice! No one else sounds like her! I'm not gonna make some video of me crying yelling "LEAVE MARIAH ALONE" I'm just asking to stop judging her because of her mess ups and start remembering why she got to where she is today. Actually not just the 90s, her voice was like the 90s from 2001-2004 era . The Charmbraclet era or even the Pepsi Smash. That was the last time she took risk like thins with her voice. Granted it was executed better during the 90s and 2001-2004 but she definitely performed.
