I think what people have to release that just because Mariah isn't whistling Bb6s (she did do some F6's in 2014 and 2015), doesn't mean "she's lost her voice". Quite frankly, her belting in this era (the Infinity era, 2015-2017) is arguably her strongest belts since the Charmbracelet era. Look at the Zurich performance (minus rasp). It's a mix of her TEOM whistles and her belts that she does now.

@@orahh1393 She was totally overweight here, which is the reason why her voice was so dark and heavy. It made her tone uglier but her resonance was unmatched here. A few months later she had surgery and lost so much weight, which added to vocal rest let her tone get younger and younger as it was during the first leg of The Butterfly Returns in 2018

She still does so well, just not consistent, which is totally understandable at her age. I think she could benefit by not forcing her melisma. If it happens, it happens. But you can tell when she forces it and it's very choppy.

low notes, belting, whistle (studio version), head voice, sustaining high notes, lots of melisma and runs. watch her sing this song live at MSG in 1995 or on SNL in 1990 in her prime
Well, it has 2 octaves in chest voice to belting, also transitions to chest to head voice. And also a Whistle that is 1 octave and 3½ higher than the highest chest.
