    even leading up to a fight sometimes i get scared ill be watching maybe one of your fights and I think to myself that's about to be you and you could walk out never the same and my stomach will just sink and my heart rate will spike! Thanks for the technique ill try this next time i feel that way. Thanks for keeping it real both in and out the cage always taking the hardest fights and also taking time to give back to us much appreciated! PS. your fight with Yan is my favorite i watch it at least once every 2 weeks

    I always find that before my fights I'm too relaxed it's sound crazy but I'm never too stressed or worried before my fight I accept that worrying before the fight will never help me with the outcome of the fight. However I'm always to relaxed and takes me a lot of time to get my self to a "fighting mindset" which is usually in late rounds of the fight or get hurt and my body starts to fuel me with adrenaline and I can fight successfully
