12:57. They sad part is the companies won’t invest the money to make a profit later. It’s all about the maximum profits with the lowest investments and only care about the share holders making the biggest bang as fast as possible instead of seeing steady growth over the years. Damn near all companies have gone away from investing in their customers and employees and only take care of the share holders, they miss a massive money making opportunity because it doesn’t benefit the shareholders with the biggest ROI every month. If companies took care of their employees and did right by the customers, the profits and loyalty to the brands would last generations because of customers relations.
Just on a personal scale. I worked as a salesman, sold my client just what they asked for and pissed off my bosses but after about 8 months my sales skyrocketed because i put the clients needs first. Went from decent paychecks to fat commissions every week cuz anytime they needed something, I was the first call.
Just imagine that on a global scale. Slow, exponential climb. But not good for corporate greed.
