Most Korean baseball stadiums have a wide gap of seats and many various table seats, event seats, and premium seats, so the number of seats is small compared to the size of the stadium And Daejeon Baseball Stadium is scheduled to open a new baseball stadium in 2025. (Of course, it depends on the situation..)
The reason Skydome has the capacity smaller than it looks is because of the re-design. The planned capacity was actually 20000. When the city council was in discussion with Heroes for tenancy agreement, the team requested to have more premium seats in the lower deck behind the home plate and dugouts. As the premium seats take up more space than regular seats, so the eventual capacity became less than 17K.

Can't believe you didn't comment about the city view at Kia Champions Field. And no pirate ships. Surely there has to be a pirate ship at a baseball stadium, or maybe they shipped them all to Lake Ashi in Japan.

The league also threaten the city council that if no confirmation regards to the new stadium soon, the league could suggest the Eagles to relocate.
I went to all of these, except for Changwon, in 2019. Ranking these based on my own personal enjoyment, Daejeon is my favorite.
