I'll be trying to get it a little later on tonight. From what I hear, the final boss is unbelievably hard.

It’s a bit annoying, you are going to need your wells for real lol
Clear adds, destroy a turret, sit at the back with and plunk away with Polaris Lance. Clear Servitors when they spawn and rotate as the boss does avoiding the side with the turret.
For the tanks, sit at the back again, line of sight one and sit one side, use the boxes behind the hangar door to get height to hit the crit spot easier, rinse repeat for the other side.
On Brig, use super and Mountaintop while keeping on the move until 1/3 health. Then smash away at the crit spot while moving even more. You outrange most of the brigs abilities that far back, just keep on your toes to avoid the Aerial Bombardment and you’re good.
Clear any remaining adds to finish, the last turret doesn’t need to be killed to complete mission. So save time and let it be the lone survivor.

If you do it properly, focus adds, focus boss, play it safe repeat.. very easy boss 👌 well and tether same as onslaught clears everything right up.

ideally plan to do the same to the craftable outbreak to give it rewind rounds for the insane dps output as i can see this being a excellent off meta alternative.

Please, can someone explain to me, I have completed the ada-1 quest, completed the legend quest, all the switches, unlocked the rapid hit perk, but I still can't unlock the catalyst perk of this weapon
Rewind w appended mag would be its peak for DPS
I somehow have the catalyst, but have not completed the mission on legend. I don’t remember which step gave it to me though.
Honestly this was actually quite helpful cause I wondering if the getting the crafted version was worth it or not.
I'm gonna keep two versions on me at all times - one with rapid hit, the other with rewind rounds

To get the catalyst you have to purchase the original weapon at the Archive. At least that is what it tells me. And it's how it worked on Whisper for me.
I got 111k kills on my original outbreak perfected so now i have to reach that number again on my crafted outbreak 🗣️

what's even crazier is that they did all of this and all pulses are gonna get a pve damage increase. its gonna shred even harder may not be the end all be all most op weapon but it's gonna be really good

The difference between full bore and extended barrel (base outbreak) is night and day. It feels like a much sharper laser now lol
I don't know if I'd call it the best exotic, but it's certainly my favourite. hell, I put 25k on my original one.
Was a little burnt out day of reset, probably will do it today.
how do you get the magazine upgrades?
The first vault puzzle. You want to activate the switch in the first area and shoot the stuff with outbreak, then before final boss room you need to do a code/puzzle.

outbreak is cool but tbf it is not even like top 3 for primary dps now

Rewind rounds isnt feeling as good as i thought it would be.
Rewind rounds only refill like half your mag when you run out. So at max you only have like 20 shots (60ish bullets).
Rapid hit is far more useful imo
Honestly these perks are not needed it’s already a good weapon.

Needs a bit more love, as with all exotic primaries, it loses in dps to the primary ammo king, final warning. The strand pistol has gone unchecked for too long

The thing many Guardians forget, is that there are new players joining the game everyday who have don’t know anything.
So even though he’s going over something that’s been reviewed before, Destiny RUclipsrs will always have to break everything down for the new player. As every new player is a potential new subscriber.
