Hexe FX from Poland, has sth quite similar to the Stylus. It is called the Melusine. A Vinyl simulator. I was just thinking that i don't remember having heard you mention that company/guy before. He has this incredible pedal "Revolver" amongst a handful of other ones which is a sampler/granular texture generator, i forget the name of the rather famous pedal that does sort of the same thing, but be that as it may, from the few demos i have heard, i don't own one unfortunately, this is one incredible pedal and it MORE THAN DESERVES TO BE MENTIONED BY YOU. From Bing: Envelope is a word that has two possible pronunciations. One is (en-vuh-lohp), which is more common in the UK and the US12. The other is (on-vuh-lohp), which is more common in French and sometimes used in the US13. Some people consider the second pronunciation to be pretentious or unnecessary. Both pronunciations are derived from the verb envelop, which means to wrap or cover something.

So, I've been purposefully not commenting about this pedal company because I'm worried you all talking about them will make their stuff harder to get (and I feel like I'm getting annoying about them on other pages) but I really believe in what Daniel is doing with his company and his products, and I can't believe they haven't shown up at least once on the JHS Show or Emily Hopkins' channel. Lichtlaerm Audio out of Berlin has been relentlessly putting out amazing products (a dozen pedals with more on the way and an amplifier in preorder) since July of last year. They're generally aimed more toward metal players but I'd love to hear Josh and JHS's thoughts on their stuff.

But it's really very hard for me to get all the nuances of each pedal since all the audio comes through my computer D to A converter, and then over my good but hardly fantastic computer speakers, an Audioengine HD6 to be exact. Thus it is really hard to know what the pedals actually sound like as used in a big rig. I wish you would summarize which pedals you really think are worth buying. Thanks! @SuddenSoundStudios Год назад +1

@@TheRealcdawg22 It's less flexible than the Black Fountain: a switch with two settings for the modulation instead of the continuous knob, and no tap tempo. And the range of control on all parameters is less extreme. The JHS pedal is more polite, so to speak. But it sounds great, and it fits t=nicely into a mix, and it plays well with other pedals. As Jacob says, the secret mode is pretty great. I'm usually using lt toward the end of the chain to add a bit of depth and warmth and blend the previous stranger pedal elements together. (I tend to stack a lot of pedals!) It's also a great slapback sound. It's not a *wow* pedal, but the combination of $99, great sound, and the amount of time I've got it on has made it worth mentioning.

I can see his reverb shop. He just doesn’t have any listings right now. It’s just 1 guy, in his spare time, and he sold out two batches of the aqua tone. Also it’s the holidays. I’m sure he’ll post more when he has made a new batch of limited pedals.

Reel Dealuxe... I blinked my eyes for one sec and somehow the order was complete. I don't know what happened?

The Wolf Note Over Fuzz really shocked me this year. That pedal is sick.

I get that there are reasons for more jams with loopers and drum machines and fewer (any?) with Nick and Addison, and I appreciate what I'm hearing here, yet I miss the big jams and "turn your vocal mic off."

You know I'm a fan.... you have half a million subs... but today? It's just raining pedals and I have only 9 spaces on my pedal train. Maybe Dan's G3 will be my next stop. For now.... I am gonna say goobye to this great jam with the Black Mountain. Thank Joshua for working for free. Love your channel.... The Old Guy... Sam @70. Still taking lessons in week two. 66 years playing by ear. LOL!!! Bye!
