Your teacher is dumb. Get ready for weather warfare don't believe me I've been predicting this for years. China 2010 hey we can make it snow 22 plus feet. It's no coincidence that Texas had a hard freeze and they supplied they being China supplied the funding for the wind turbine project. Just 11 months ago China released that they would have control of global agriculture by 2025 when asked how, they said the weather. Wake up people. Also pay attention to Canada prime minister comes out thinking we don't know who for the rain, because there's big agriculture there and it keeps down the fires. Wake up people pay attention. Please pay attentionWe have the availability to drop a Year's worth of rain on someone within the matter of hours. Wake up people this is geoengineering. It is helped us get out of wars, it has helped us destroy crops land it also helps with the movement of people. FYI China said that they would have control of global agriculture by 2025. The new ones stay strong, old ones got brushed away together with those new type of houses made of wood and assembled in 1 day. After all it’s not safe those years to live in community or city next to river. It’s nice daily view but when nature wake up u got nothing to say like here on this video shows.

One by one. all nations will feel the effects of a warmer planet, where evaporations rates have risen tremendously with every warming of the hydrosphere, which consists of oceans, lakes and shallow seas. These make up over 75% of the entire surface of the earth. So, they have a major effect on weather patterns. The warming of the Gulf Stream brings increasing humidity to Western Europe and saturated air when it condenses, produces thunderstorms. As the polar regions melt and glaciers disappear, less of the sun's radiant energy is reflected, so rising warmer air produces a convection current, drawing in more and warm moisture-laden air from the oceans. It's a complex cycle, not well understood, so we are seeing weather patterns never experienced before in historic times. Much of meteorology is extrapolation of past effects. Novel events don't prepare us to make accurate predictions, when systems break-down.

The small river „Erft“ is unusually wide at the moment. In normal conditions it barely exceeds a width 4-5 meters. Currently it’s about 800-1500 meters.
The little village „Schuld“ (with those timberframed houses) sits about 25m above the river „Ahr“ and was flooded by at least 10 meters. Nobody can expect, that a small river - normally 1,5-2 meters deep - could rise about 35 meters.
We had some heavy rain during the last weeks, but none of them was dramatic. The problem during the last days was, that in both „Sauerland“ and „Eifel“ it didn’t stop raining in certain, small areas. During floods in the past the water could run down into several rivers. This time it concentrated on the systems of the „Lenne“, the „Ahr“ and the „Erft“. Clouds literally stayed in their exact same place for about three days instead of moving on to the next valley.
